MANUFACTURING OF PUMP COUPLING / “T” COUPLING 1 PC
Material: 4140 Steel
Heat treatment and grinding of inner diameter according to pump shaft diameter.
Manufacturing of wedge (When we dismantle the pump itself, we have seen the wedge which turns the gear was in bad condition. In current condition, it might broke the teeth of the gear. Therefore, new wedge should be manufactured.)
Replacement of 1 pc cover o-ring and 1pc bearing
